Refund policy

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. You do not need to give a reason. Items must be unworn, in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached and in the original packaging where possible.

How to return
Email shop@velinka.no with your order number and the items you wish to return, and we will send you return instructions. Returns are sent to: Velinka AS, Strandplassveien 16, 4638 Kristiansand, Norway.

Return costs
Norway: a return fee of 99 NOK is deducted from your refund. EU and United Kingdom: we will send you a prepaid DHL Express return label, and a return fee of €35 / £30 is deducted from your refund. You may also return the item with a carrier of your choice at your own cost.

Refunds
When we have received your return, we refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days, to the payment method used for the purchase. For orders to the EU and the United Kingdom, the duties and taxes included in the price are refunded as part of the purchase price.

Exchanges
Norway: free size exchange (one per order). EU and United Kingdom: contact us and we will help you with an exchange; shipping costs for exchanges outside Norway are paid by the customer.

Damaged or faulty items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is faulty or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. For approved complaints, Velinka covers all return costs.
