Welcome to VELINKA. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made at velinka.no. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.

Due to differences in screen settings, actual product colours may vary slightly from those displayed online.

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your country: NOK for Norway, EUR for the EU and GBP for the United Kingdom.

For orders to the EU and the United Kingdom, all prices include VAT, customs duties and import taxes. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time of purchase.

Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

VELINKA may cancel an order in cases such as product availability issues, obvious errors in product information or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

We accept secure payments through the payment providers shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.

Delivery

Norway: Posten/Bring. EU and United Kingdom: DHL Express. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, in original condition and returned with all tags attached. For returns from the EU and the United Kingdom, a return fee of €35 / £30 is deducted from your refund when you use our prepaid DHL return label. Complaints

If an item is faulty, you have the right to make a complaint under applicable consumer law. Contact us at shop@velinka.no.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, logos, designs, graphics, text, videos and product designs, is the property of VELINKA and is protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

VELINKA is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer living in the EU or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
